Individual Psychotherapy

As a bicultural bilingual female therapist, I provide evidenced-based therapy techniques that are trauma-informed. I offer individual and couples therapy to help clients navigate life's challenges and find a path towards healing. My approach is person-centered, compassionate and collaborative. Together, we will work to identify your goals and create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your feelings and thoughts. I believe that therapy is a journey towards self-discovery and growth, and I am honored to be a part of that journey with you.
