My Approach

As a bicultural, bilingual female therapist, I believe in using evidenced-based therapy techniques that are trauma-informed. My goal is to provide individual and couples therapy in a safe and supportive environment. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

In my practice, I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client, drawing from various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop skills to cope with life's challenges. My passion is helping clients build resilience and cultivate a sense of well-being.
